The rooms were tidy and relaxing, with a rain shower. The location was brilliant, around 10-15 minutes walk from Castel Sant'angelo Castle. What's more, it was just off all the landmarks and the other tourist areas and a metro station.

Charming atmosphere right from the lobby. The staff offered the best local dining recommendations. My room blew me away with its cleanliness and tasteful decor. Quality linens made sleeping a pleasure, while the modern bathroom with its rainfall shower seemed like a luxury escape. I appreciated the cozy blankets in the closet. This hotel nailed the essentials with reliable heating and solid soundproofing, but the thin walls caused me to hear noises from the hallway during the night, which disrupted my sleep a bit. The location was fantastic, close to several attractions and city transit, perfect for my explorations. A clearer check-in process would improve experience. There's no staff on-site, especially after hours.

detailed arrival instructions, clean small apartment, close to excellent restaurants
The place was hard to find and required navigating stairs to access. More clear signage would improve guest orientation!!! An empty bottle was left in the room upon arrival, indicating a lack of attention to detail!!!

The location was fantastic, set in a charming residential area close to the metro station, made getting around the city easy. Our stay with friends was amazing! We loved exploring local bars and grabbing coffee at cozy spots nearby. Don't miss the cinema showing English language films. It's nice! The location feels safe, and the daily room cleaning added to our comfort. We had a great time discovering restaurants too. Everything was just a quick walk away.
One downside was that checking in was a bit confusing. We didn't know there would be no staff on-site, tricky to enter the building at first. If you're arriving late, make sure to check the access instructions beforehand.

The hotel's classic Italian style and elegant decoration created a warm and inviting atmosphere, which was very pleasing to the eyes. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and provided a comfortable space for relaxation and socializing. Being a senior, I appreciated the easy accessibility of the hotel. The location was centrally located, close to the Vatican and other major attractions, making it convenient for exploring the city without much walking.
It would have been even more enjoyable for senior vacationers if there were more assistance provided by the staff. Maybe a bit more attention and care from the young ones working there could make the experience even better.
